Refund Policy

All refunds will be applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds cannot be given in lieu of returning payment to the method of original purchase.

In-Store Purchases:

Our in-store purchase return policy for non-plant related items, is that items are returnable within 15 days, unopened and in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns of the following items:

  • Gift Cards
  • All beauty products, such as soaps, perfumes, lotions, or other personal use items.
  • Earrings
  • Crystals
  • Vintage, Sale, or Clearance Items
  • Ceramic Pots and/or Decor (if damaged). Please carefully inspect all ceramic pots and other decorative items for damage or defects before completing your purchase. We do not exchange or accept returns of chipped or damaged ceramic.

If you wish to exchange, refund, or return a plant, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase, no exceptions.

Online Purchases:

Our online purchase return policy for non-plant related items is that items are returnable only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of the following items:

  • All beauty products, such as soaps, perfumes, lotions, or other personal use items.
  • Earrings
  • Crystals
  • Vintage, Sale, or Clearance Items

If you wish to exchange, refund, or return a plant, you must contact us at hello@bohosucculent.com within 7 days of receipt of package, no exceptions.

Please e-mail hello@bohosucculent.com with your order number to initiate a return. We will send you back a printable shipping return label. Returns must be received by us within 10 days from the day that the shipping return label is sent to you. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the return. You are more than welcome to return a package via another carrier or purchase return shipping yourself. We strongly suggest insuring the package, as we are not responsible for packages sent with a label we did not provide. 

Delivery Orders:

Once an order for delivery has been placed, it is non-refundable. During cold weather times, if the recipient is not home to accept the order, we will ask you to coordinate with them and we will make one additional delivery attempt. It is not advised to leave live plants outside in cold weather, as they will die. However, at the second delivery attempt the package will be left at the recipient's door regardless of their availability to receive.

Custom Orders and Projects:

We love working with you to make your dream projects come true! Please reach out to discuss custom orders. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work is begun or any supplies are purchased.
